    The Australian market extended a 13-month high today closing the session 1.02% higher at 6998.8 as the miners and big banks fuelled the key index.

    The tech sector closed in the green again today with EML Payments surging almost 6% to lead the sectors? gains.

    Bitcoin has bounced back from this morning?s low to trade around US$57,100 at 4:30pm AEST.

    Environmental intelligence technology company Envirosuite rallied 22% today after releasing strong Q3 results including a 180% increase on the previous quarter of annual recurring revenue (ARR) to $2.1m, taking the total ARR for the 2021 FY to $42.5m.

    Making headlines, ASIC has started Federal Court action against Westpac Bank relating to the sale of its consumer and credit insurance (CCI) products to around 380 customers, alleging the banking giant added on the products to customers who had not agreed to buy the policies.

    And asking Spotify to play your favourite song is now possible with its latest voice assistant feature in the app. Users can simply ask ?Hey Spotify? to navigate their way through their favourite tunes.
