The ASX managed to eke out another gain, closing up just 2.10 points Monday to 7065.60.
Sims was the best performing stock gaining 8.95%. Cooper Energy closed up 5.36%, followed by AP Eagers which added 4.57%, Resolute Mining and Csr which closed up 3.88% and 3.57% respectively.
Zip Co was the worst performer on the ASX down 4.49%. Rounding out the bottom 5 stocks PointsBet Holdings ended the day down 4.11%, followed by National Storage REIT at 3.62%, EML Payments at 3.53% and Scentre Group at 3.47%.
Both Zenith Minerals and Rumble Resources roared on the stock-market today, on news of a ?high-grade? zinc-lead discovery at the Chinook Prospect joint-venture in WA. Zenith ended the day up 50%, while Rumble closed 94% higher.
The Aussie dollar traded higher against the Greenback buying 77.45 US cents, 84 Japanese Yen and ?64.62 cents.
Bitcoin is trending down, trading at US$57,359 at 5:08 PM AEST.
Iron ore is higher at US$174.89 per metric ton while one ounce of gold is worth US$1,766.
West Texas Crude oil is selling for US$63.13 per barrel while Brent oil is lower at US$64.75/barrel.
