The ASX closed up 67.20 points with the Energy sector leading the charge.

Of the 50 largest stocks, the most movement has been from Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN.asx) which closed 6.2% higher.

In number 2 spot is Block (ASX:SQ2.asx) which closed the session up by 5.88%.

Woodside Energy Group (ASX:WDS.asx) rounds out the top 3 moving up 4.45%.

The biggest winner on the ASX today was Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR.asx) - which finished 67.54% higher.

The biggest loser by the close was Sihayo Gold (ASX:SIH.asx) - falling by 50%.
