Astral Resources (ASX:AAR) has issued 9,567,500 performance rights to eligible employees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Employee Incentive Plan.
This includes 3,437,500 performance rights issued to the Managing Director.
The performance/vesting conditions for each tranche of performance rights vary, with some offering retention incentives that are not subject to performance conditions, and others requiring certain performance conditions or targets to be met in order for them to vest.
Astral Resources' share price is up 1.39% today.
