Aruma Resources (ASX:AAJ) begins first drilling at Carter Well Project

Aruma Resources initiated its inaugural drilling program at the Carter Well Project in Western Australia's Murchison region.

The project covers 294km2 and is situated 75km east of Mt Magnet.

The drilling program, focused on a newly identified greenstone terrain historically misinterpreted as granite, comprises 1,298 auger holes targeting gold and nickel-copper pathfinder mineralisation.

Results will be disclosed upon completion, and potential follow-up exploration programs, including in-fill auger geochemistry and targeted drilling, are anticipated in early 2024, contingent on results.

Pending results, further targeted auger drilling is planned, with a potential maiden reverse circulation drilling program in early 2024.
