Ark Mines completed the stage 2 drill program at its 100% owned Sandy Mitchell Rare Earth and Heavy Mineral Project in North Queensland.

The 2,426m program revealed mineralisation in every hole, ranging from surface to metamorphic bedrock at an average depth of 12.9m.

There is no overburden, and assay results indicate continuous mineralisation from bedrock to surface.

The resource grid drilling, covering 3.6 km2, including stage 2 and stage 1, was completed in June and represents only 3.6% of the total high-range radiometric area on the tenement.
