Aon (NYSE:AON), a global professional services firm, has shared news of a notable transition within its executive ranks alongside a reaffirmation of its leadership strategy.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Christa Davies is set to retire after a distinguished 16-year tenure with the company.

While Davies will step back from her role in the third quarter of 2024, she will transition to a senior advisory capacity through 2025 to promote a seamless changeover.

Complementing this leadership evolution, Aon has made strategic adjustments to its agreement with CEO Gregory C. Case, solidifying his position at the helm until April 1, 2028.

The extension is a vote of confidence from Aon in Case's visionary leadership, with no changes to his current compensation arrangements.
