    Anteris Technologies (ASX:AVR) make $50M capital facility agreement

    Anteris Technologies (ASX:AVR) has entered into a non-binding agreement with Yorkville Advisors Global, LP to provide a $50M SEPA facility over a 36 month period.

    A $500,000 commitment fee is payable to the Investor and the agreement is subject to their due diligence and internal approvals process, but is targeting entering into a binding agreement by the end of February 2023.

    Anteris Technologies is a structural heart company that develops next-generation technologies to help healthcare professionals deliver life-changing outcomes for patients.

    Shares of Anteris Technologies are up over 5% this month.
