AML3D plans to raise $3.9 million via a one-for-three non-renounceable rights issue, offering approximately 78.5 million new shares at 5 cents each.

The capital raised will primarily fund the establishment of a US facility to capitalise on recent successes with the US Department of Defence, alongside general working capital needs.

Eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand can participate, with an option to apply for additional shares through a top-up facility.

AML3D aims to operationalise a US base to supplement its global operations.
