Allstate Corporation (NYSE:ALL) has reported its catastrophe losses for April 2024, revealing a substantial impact on its financial performance.

The company announced that the estimated catastrophe losses for the month amounted to $494 million pre-tax, or $390 million after-tax.

These losses were attributed to 11 catastrophic events, with the majority—approximately 80%—stemming from four significant incidents involving wind, hail, or tornadoes.
