    Alice Queen (ASX:AQX) relinquishes tenements to diversify into battery metals

    Alice Queen (ASX:AQX) is rationalising its LFB (Lachland Ford Belt) assets to make room for diversification into battery metals, and has identified and applied for two highly prospective tenements in NSW for battery metals, Gongolgon and Byrock.

    Alice Queen has begun the process to relinquish three tenements, and discussions with various parties for divestment or joint venture funding of the remaining LFB projects are ongoing.

    The company is an advanced gold and copper explorer with an up-to-date portfolio of highly prospective projects in the LFB in New South Wales and the Torres Strait, Queensland.

    Following the announcement, shares of Alice Queen were unchanged at $0.001.
