The strategic partnership includes billboards, street furniture, airports, office towers, and retail centres.
Airtasker will benefit from $6 million in oOh!media inventory, offering a cost-efficient approach to scaling its operations.
In exchange, Airtasker commits to a two-year $5 million convertible note with a 5.8% coupon rate.
