The Board announces that it has appointed Mrs Linda Barr as a new Non-Executive Director effective 23 September 2022 and her appointment will include Chairing the Audit Committee upon the retirement of Laurie Lefcourt at the upcoming AGM later this year.
Linda brings to ANO an extensive knowledge in accounting systems and over 30 years in accounting and management roles. Growth and expansion focused director with executive experience in finance and ICT gained in Manufacturing, Engineering, Hospitality and Wholesale Distribution industries.
