Adavale Resources finalised plans for an initial exploration program in South Australia, designed to target potential uranium deposits.

The exploration operation is expected to take place over a three to four-week period and will utilise existing pastoral tracks to determine the presence of near-surface uranium.

The company is particularly well situated to benefit from current increases in uranium prices, which have now surpassed US$100 ($152.66) per pound.

Adavale Executive Director David Riekie said the company is poised to quickly advance the project and identify areas of high uranium prospectivity.
