Venus Metals Corporation (ASX:VMC) Trading Halt

Venus Metals Corporation Limited (ASX: VMC) has requested a trading halt in its securities pending an announcement regarding a potential joint venture on a non-Youanmi asset.

The trading halt will remain in effect until the commencement of normal trading on 3 May 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market, whichever is earlier.

Following the announcement, shares of Venus Metals Corporation (ASX:VMC) were unchanged at $0.195.
