Legend Mining (ASX:LEG) has requested a trading halt on its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a fund raising.

The trading halt is set to end on the earlier of the commencement of trading on May 1, 2023 or when the anticipated announcement regarding a fund raising is released to the market.

Following the announcement, shares of Legend Mining (ASX:LEG) were unchanged at $0.046.
