Emyria (ASX:EMD) Trading Halt

Emyria Limited's securities have been placed in a trading halt at the company's request, pending an announcement.

The halt will be lifted upon the release of the announcement or the commencement of normal trading on May 1, 2023, whichever comes first.

The reason for the halt is an upcoming announcement on a placement of securities.

Following the announcement, shares of Emyria (ASX:EMD) were unchanged at $0.170.
