Su Zhu, co-founder of the now-bankrupt cryptocurrency lender Three Arrows Capital (3AC), is expected to be released soon following a court interrogation in Singapore.

Zhu was arrested in September 2023 for attempting to flee Singapore amidst legal proceedings against him and his company.

During a two-day court hearing, Zhu answered questions from Teneo lawyers, the joint liquidator of 3AC, about the fund's failure and the location of its assets.

Although Zhu and his co-founder Kyle Davies have not faced criminal charges in Singapore, they are under a nine-year prohibition order from the country's central bank for alleged securities law violations.
