Aggregate Market Value (AMV) is an estimation of the total worth of a company's outstanding shares. It is calculated by multiplying the total number of a company's outstanding shares by the current market price per share.

The formula for aggregate market value is: AMV = Total Number of Outstanding Shares X Current Market Price Per Share

For example, if a company has 1,000 outstanding shares and the current market price per share is $20, then the aggregate market value of the company is $20,000.
