Xamble Group (ASX:XGL), a leader in Southeast Asia's influencer marketing and creator-commerce sector, announced a definitive agreement to acquire a 55.6% majority stake in Malaysia-based YToday known as YouthToday.
The acquisition, valued at $330,000 in cash, is slated for completion by April and marks a pivotal shift in the region's digital marketing landscape.
The move is designed to aggressively scale Xamble’s geographic footprint, expanding its operations from three to seven countries across Southeast Asia, including new entries into Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar.
By integrating YouthToday’s specialised "nano" and "seeder" influencer layers, Xamble will diversify its existing macro and micro-influencer portfolio.
Xamble’s community influencer base is projected to surge 2.77x to over 19,000, while agency partnerships will triple.
To fuel the expansion and ensure seamless integration, Xamble has secured $500,000 in funding through facilities provided by majority shareholder Ganesh Kumar Bangah and Eli Capital.
With YouthToday's proven track record—having executed over 370 brand campaigns in 2025 alone—the enlarged group is now positioned as a dominant force in high-growth markets, offering cross-selling opportunities that promise long-term revenue acceleration.
At the time of reporting, Xamble Group's share price was $0.0015.
