Transak has completed its integration with MegaETH, enabling users to purchase ETH directly on the high-speed Ethereum Layer 2 network using standard fiat payment methods.
The integration allows more than 10 million users globally to buy ETH natively on MegaETH using credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA, without requiring bridging or centralised exchange accounts.
“This integration is about removing friction at the exact moment users want to get started,”
Said Jack Bushell, Director of Sales at Transak.
Bushell added that MegaETH delivers Ethereum-level performance aligned with real-world expectations and that Transak enables users to access the network without complexity or detours.
According to the companies, the direct fiat on-ramp is designed to unlock high-frequency use cases such as real-time DeFi trading, on-chain gaming, AI agents, streaming payments and micro-transactions.
The rollout follows MegaETH’s recent Frontier mainnet launch for builders and precedes its planned OMEGA phase, which will open access to a broader user base.
Transak also said that support for major stablecoins will be added in the near future to enhance liquidity for decentralised finance and payment applications on the network.
At the time of reporting, Ethereum price was $1,937.84.
