SharonAI Holdings (NASDAQ:SHAZ) announced on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, a landmark expansion of its AI Cloud services through a significant infrastructure agreement with ESDS Software Solutions.
The contract, which carries an initial five-year term, is valued at approximately US$1.25 billion in Total Contract Value (TCV), with an additional two-year extension option available to the customer.
Under the terms of the agreement, SharonAI will deploy a high-performance 8K B300 cluster within its existing data center network in Australia.
This deployment is designed to meet the surging computational demands of the enterprise, government, and research sectors.
Revenue from the partnership is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2026 as the infrastructure comes online.
The deal positions SharonAI as a premier "Neocloud" provider, capable of delivering the massive GPU scale required for next-generation AI model training and inference.
By housing the hardware within Australian data centers, the company is also addressing critical needs for data sovereignty and low-latency access for regional clients.
