Serve Robotics (NASDAQ:SERV), a leader in autonomous sidewalk delivery, reported fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results on Wednesday that exceeded its previous forecasts.
The company’s rapid expansion into new metropolitan markets drove annual revenue to $2.7 million, surpassing the management's prior guidance of $2.5 million.
The fourth quarter was particularly robust, with revenue hitting $0.9 million—a roughly 400% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
This growth was underpinned by a massive scaling of the company’s operational footprint.
By year-end, Serve's fleet reached 2,000 active robots, providing delivery services across 20 cities and six major metropolitan areas.
Serve Robotics utilized 2025 to solidify its market position through inorganic growth, closing four strategic acquisitions that expanded its technology stack and geographic reach.
These moves, combined with deepening partnerships with major delivery platforms, have led the company to significantly raise its 2026 revenue outlook to approximately $26 million.
