Pony.ai (NASDAQ:PONY), a global pioneer in autonomous mobility, today announced its financial and operational results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.

The results demonstrate a significant inflection point in the commercialization of Level 4 autonomous driving, characterized by triple-digit revenue growth and the achievement of critical profitability milestones at the vehicle level.

The company’s Robotaxi segment emerged as the primary growth driver, with Q4 revenues increasing approximately 160% year-over-year.

Even more striking was the performance of fare-charging services, which saw revenues surge by more than 500% as public adoption of autonomous ride-hailing accelerated.

This growth is supported by a rapidly expanding fleet, which reached 1,446 produced units as of March 25, 2026.

Crucially, Pony.ai has achieved unit economic (UE) breakeven in the high-density markets of Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

The company’s Gen-7 autonomous vehicles demonstrated high efficiency, reaching a peak daily net revenue per vehicle of RMB 394 during the period.

Financially, Pony.ai remains one of the most well-capitalized players in the autonomous driving sector.

The company ended 2025 with $1.515 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments.

This substantial "cash fortress" provides the necessary resources to fund heavy R&D and the aggressive scaling of its fleet over the next 24 months.

Looking forward, Pony.ai has set ambitious targets for 2026.

The company aims to more than double its current fleet to over 3,000 units and expand its commercial footprint to more than 20 cities globally by year-end.

This expansion strategy includes the recently announced strategic partnership with Uber and Verne to enter the European market, starting in Zagreb, Croatia.
