Latin America could benefit from President Donald Trump's renewed focus on the region under his interpretation of the Monroe Doctrine, Paraguayan President Santiago Peña said. "Trump came with a different approach. Much faster in deciding on things and paying a lot of attention to the Western hemisphere," Peña said in an interview in Washington.
