Interactive Strength (NASDAQ:TRNR) has finalized its acquisition of Ergatta, a leading provider of gamified connected rowing equipment, marking a significant expansion of its fitness technology portfolio. In conjunction with the closing, the company raised its 2026 pro forma revenue guidance to more than $30 million, reflecting the immediate scale provided by the merger.

The acquisition is structured to be highly accretive.

Ergatta is projected to contribute more than $10 million in revenue for 2026, characterized by a robust 70% recurring subscription model.

The unit maintains an approximately 30% EBITDA margin and is expected to generate cash flow exceeding the $1.8 million in cash paid at closing, suggesting a rapid return on the initial capital outlay.

To further fortify its balance sheet during the integration, Interactive Strength also announced it has received $6.4 million from Sportstech.

This capital injection is earmarked to support ongoing operations and the scaling of the combined entity’s connected fitness platforms.
