InteliCare (ASX:ICR) has announced a five-year partnership with leading Victorian not-for-profit aged care provider, MECWA.
The master subscription agreement, valued at approximately $8.8 million, represents the largest contract in InteliCare's history and marks a significant milestone in the digital transformation of Australia’s aged care sector.
Under the terms of the agreement, InteliCare will deploy its proprietary AI-driven platform—featuring advanced analytics, IoT sensors, and an integrated nurse call solution—across mecwacare's 22 residential aged care facilities.
The rollout is set to benefit approximately 1,600 residents by enhancing clinical monitoring and staff efficiency.
The decision to execute the MSA follows a highly successful pilot program at mecwacare's Trescowthick Centre, where the technology met or exceeded all 11 rigorous success criteria.
Mecwacare, which supports over 17,000 clients across regional and metropolitan Victoria, is currently undertaking a strategic shift toward digitally enabled models of care.
The partnership is designed to ensure long-term sustainability and improved resident outcomes in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
Beyond the immediate residential deployment, both organisations have established a strategic framework to explore future innovation in data insights and at-home care models.
The deal underscores a growing trend in the industry to move away from reactive care toward data-led, proactive health management.
For InteliCare, the scale of the deployment validates its commercial technology at a national level, positioning the company as a key player in the modernisation of senior living.
At the time of reporting, InteliCare's share price was $0.023.
