Freight Technologies (NASDAQ:FRGT) reported its third-quarter results for the period ending September 30, 2025, highlighting key operational improvements as the company moves closer to a software- and AI-driven logistics model.
The company reduced its operating loss by $0.4 million in Q3 year-over-year and improved its year-to-date (YTD) operating loss by $1.2 million.
These positive results reflect Freight Technologies’ ongoing efforts to enhance its operations and expand its technology offerings.
During the quarter, the company launched its Zayren platform, featuring autonomous voice agents, and expanded the capabilities of its Fleet Rocket Transportation Management System (TMS) with additional features and tracking integrations.
Freight Technologies also updated its 2025 financial guidance, projecting revenue between $12 million and $14 million, with an operating loss expected to be between $5.5 million and $6.5 million.
The company cited a higher-margin brokerage mix and the impact of elevated U.S. tariffs on cross-border logistics as contributing factors to the guidance.
