
Hsinchu, Taiwan-based ChipMOS Technologies (NASDAQ:IMOS), a provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services (OSAT), reported solid fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results on February 24, 2026, driven by improved demand in display driver ICs, memory, and mixed-signal testing amid a recovering semiconductor cycle.
For the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, revenue totaled NT$6,521.1 million (US$207.9 million), up 20.8% year-over-year and 6.1% sequentially.
Net profit attributable to shareholders for the quarter came in at NT$499.7 million, or NT$0.72 per share.
For the full year 2025, ChipMOS reported revenue of NT$23,932.9 million (US$762.9 million), an increase of 5.5% from 2024.
Net profit attributable to shareholders totaled NT$495.1 million, or NT$0.70 per share, as the company navigated ongoing pricing pressures and capacity expansion costs earlier in the year, offset by higher volumes and operational efficiencies in the second half.
The company also generated NT$1,554.8 million in net free cash inflow for the full year 2025, underscoring disciplined capital spending and working capital management.
