Broadcom AI Chip Outlook Disappoints Investors

Broadcom shares fell in extended trading after the company delivered a disappointing forecast for artificial intelligence chip revenue. Chief Executive Officer Hock Tan said the company $56 billion in AI chips in the fiscal year that ends in October. The forecast that fell short of the average estimate of $57.6 billion.
