Ausmon Resources (ASX:AOA) completed its latest infill drilling program at the Beelitz prospect, situated within the Limestone Coast region of South Australia.
The exploration phase focused on the Wilkawatt (EL 6975) and Peake (EL 7015) tenements, targeting critical rare earth elements essential for global technology and green energy supply chains.
The program involved the completion of 20 vertical holes drilled primarily along road verges to minimize environmental impact.
Reaching an average depth of 18m per hole, the project covered a total of 364m.
The phase saw a significant tightening of drill spacing—reduced from 1km to 500m—allowing for a much higher resolution of the subsurface geology.
The increased density is vital for identifying high-potential zones within the prospect to guide future grid-based drill testing and formal resource estimation.
The initial scans will serve as a primary filter; based on these readings, selected samples will be dispatched to the prestigious ALS Laboratory for comprehensive assaying.
The detailed lab tests will determine the total rare earth oxide content, which is the industry standard for measuring the economic viability of a deposit.
At the time of reporting, Ausmon Resources’ share price was $0.0020.
