Spanish Economy Minister Carlos Cuerpo said he sees a chance to revisit the idea of joint borrowing within the European Union, despite initial skepticism to a proposal he made on the subject this week from member states such as Germany and the Netherlands. Cuerpo made the comments in an exclusive interview with Bloomberg Television's Oliver Crook on Friday.
