NYC Tourism & Conventions CEO on World Cup's Impact

Julie Coker, President and CEO of the New York City Tourism and Conventions Bureau, discussed the significant influx of visitors to the New York City area following the Knicks' NBA championship win and the kickoff of the World Cup on June 11. She noted that the city has seen a substantial increase in foot traffic from both domestic and international visitors, frequenting bars, restaurants, and traveling to nearby New Jersey for matches.
