Megaport (ASX:MP1) has bolstered its market position within the global AI ecosystem, announcing that its subsidiary, Latitude.sh, has finalised three landmark contracts for GPU, CPU, network, and storage services.

The binding, fixed-term agreements carry a combined total contract value of approximately US$182.9 million, which translates to roughly $254 million.

The substantial windfall is expected to generate an annualised recurring revenue of $90.6 million, providing the company with committed, long-term revenue streams that remain independent of fluctuating usage rates.

The importance of the deals is underscored by their duration; two of the contracts, accounting for 90% of the TCV, carry 36-month initial terms, while the third spans 24 months.

By integrating Megaport’s foundational network automation with the compute and storage capabilities of Latitude.sh, the group has established a formidable global automated infrastructure platform.

The network now extends across more than 1,100 data centre locations, offering the ultra-low latency and rapid deployment essential for large-scale enterprises and next-generation hyperscalers.

Since the acquisition of Latitude.sh, Megaport has aggressively capitalised on new value-accretive opportunities, and management indicates they will maintain a highly disciplined approach as they continue to evaluate a growing pipeline of similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
