Decidr AI Industries (ASX:DAI) has reported robust operational momentum for the second quarter of FY26, with December 2025 exit revenue reaching an annualised run-rate of $4 million, marking a 60% increase from September 2025.

Growth was driven by record revenues from both partner-led initiatives and BetaOS customer activations.

The company’s partnership with eBev has moved from pilot to commercial rollout, securing commitments from over 100 venues nationally for its agentic procurement app, which has been praised by hospitality operators for streamlining stock management and improving margins.

Decidr also completed its acquisition of 100% of Delaware-based Sugarwork, an AI knowledge transfer and enterprise collaboration platform, with Sugarwork shareholders receiving a 4.13% stake in the new Decidr US entity.

CEO Vanessa Liu will continue to lead the Sugarwork team as integration into Decidr's global operations progresses. BetaOS customers continue to be onboarded, with new agentic functionality released across CRM and RevOps, reinforcing product-market fit and supporting the company’s commercial roadmap.

Entering 2026, Decidr is focused on expanding its AI platform globally, deepening partnerships, and scaling operations across multiple sectors.
