Wide Open Agriculture (ASX:WOA) has published its 2022 regeneration report, committing to improved contribution to regenerative agriculture.
Among the achievements mentioned in the report is the company’s Climate Active carbon neutral certification, an 87% reduction in plastic packaging, plus a planned planting of 100,000 seedlings across five farms.
Moreover, WOA's Dirty Clean Food brand has supported over 60 regenerative farmers, and ethical food businesses during the year.

Wide Open Agriculture (ASX:WOA) has secured a financing agreement with National Australia Bank (NAB) for up to $12M to support the company's growth objectives of manufacturing plant-based beverages in Australia.
The agreement includes access to debt financing for the $12M, with $8M of this allocated to the domestic production of oat milk and Buntine Protein® enhanced oat milk.
Wide Open Agriculture expects to update the market on the timing and costs of the project by June 30, 2023.
The financing will allow the company to continue to grow its presence in plant-based food and beverages, as well as to achieve its commitment to domestic production concurrent with the launch of Buntine Protein® enhanced oat milks.

Afterwards, they will hold an online presentation to listen to WOA’s first quarterly results call, where their CEO and other executives will be providing key developments, a detailed update on Buntine Protein® and Dirty Clean Food Oat Milk, a review of financial results, and an outlook for the remainder of the fiscal year.
Questions from research analysts and investors will be addressed during the presentation.
The CEO also expressed his intention to focus on the advancement of Buntine Protein®, with the aim of bringing it to market and maximising its potential.
