Australian manganese mining company Great Dirt Resources is set to list on the Australian Securities Exchange. 

Great Dirt Resources is targeting a raise of $5,000,000 at $0.20 a share in its initial public offering (IPO). 

The company's proposed code is GR8.

Great Dirt Resources has a portfolio of manganese projects in the Barraba region of New South Wales, Australia. 

The company's flagship project is the Doherty Project, which comprises the old Doherty and Junior Mines, and The Basin Project, which contains numerous unnamed manganese workings.

Great Dirt Resources believes that its projects have the potential to produce high-grade manganese, in particular battery grade manganese. 

Battery grade manganese is in high demand due to its use in the production of lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles.
