Aircoins

Aircoins is a cryptocurrency optimised for use within augmented reality (AR) games. It was created to enable users to gain rewards in the form of cryptocurrency when completing certain tasks within AR games. Aircoins was launched in October 2017 by the AR gaming company, Vuzix Corporation, and was initially available on the Ethereum blockchain.

Aircoins was designed to help bridge the gap between the real and virtual worlds by allowing users to collect cryptocurrency while playing AR games. It is the first cryptocurrency to be optimised for use in AR games and the first to be integrated with Vuzix's proprietary AR glasses. Aircoins has quickly become one of the most popular cryptocurrencies for AR gaming and its value has grown significantly since its launch in 2017.
