
Endeavour Silver Corp. (NYSE:EXK) reported full-year 2025 production of 6,486,661 ounces of silver and 37,164 ounces of gold, equivalent to 11.2 million silver equivalent ounces assuming an 80:1 ratio, representing a 48% increase from the prior year.
Fourth-quarter production totaled 2,030,206 ounces of silver and 13,785 ounces of gold, or 3.77 million silver equivalent ounces.
The company's flagship Terronera mine in Jalisco, Mexico, which achieved commercial production effective October 1, 2025, made a material contribution in its first full quarter of operation, processing 154,180 tonnes and producing 352,002 ounces of silver and 8,148 ounces of gold.
Separately, Endeavour closed a US$350 million convertible notes offering, with proceeds directed toward debt repayment, advancement of the Pitarrilla project, and general corporate purposes.
The company also signed a definitive agreement to sell its Bolañitos mine and related assets for US$30 million in cash, plus equity consideration in the buyer and potential contingent payments, as it continues to focus resources on higher-priority growth initiatives.
