CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE:CNH) announced on January 2, 2026, the strategic appointments of Carlo Materazzo as Chief Manufacturing Officer and Britton Worthen as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, effective January 1, 2026.
The new appointments represent a significant infusion of talent from the high-growth electric vehicle and zero-emissions sectors.
Carlo Materazzo joins CNH following a high-profile tenure at Rivian, where he most recently served as Vice President of Logistics and played a pivotal role in scaling production at the EV maker's Illinois plant.
Before Rivian, Materazzo spent decades at Stellantis and Fiat Chrysler, serving as Global Head of World Class Manufacturing.
In his new role, he will oversee global agriculture industrial operations across five regions and 15 countries, focusing on CNH’s goal to achieve $550 million in run-rate operational and quality cost improvements by 2030.
Britton Worthen joins the Global Leadership Team as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Board Secretary.
Worthen previously spent a decade at Nikola Corporation, guiding the company from a startup through its transition to a public entity.
His expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and intellectual property law is expected to be vital as CNH moves to develop 90% of its precision technologies in-house by the end of the decade.
The reorganization follows the retirement of Roberto Russo, who served as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Board Secretary for several years.
CNH also acknowledged the departure of Carlos Santiago from the manufacturing organization.
