Mount Burgess Mining rebrands as Talonx Resources

Mount Burgess Mining (ASX:MTB) has officially changed its company name, type, and ASX code.
Following a special resolution passed at the company's 2025 annual general meeting on Nov. 17, 2025, the company is now a public company limited by shares and has been renamed Talonx Resources, effective Jan 2.
The company's ASX code will change from MTB to TXR at the start of trading on Jan. 9.
The ACN and ABN remain unchanged. Updated website and email contact details will be shared soon, while all other contact information remains the same.
At the time of reporting, Talonx Resources' share price was $0.015.
