FlexiRoam (ASX:FRX) has secured a strategic commercial agreement with DIV Services, a subsidiary of DIALOG Group Berhad, to provide mission-critical connectivity for Malaysia’s MyKasih cashless welfare platform.
The partnership will support the government’s Sumbangan Asas Rahmah program, which in 2026 is expected to reach approximately 8.1 million recipients nationwide.
Leveraging FlexiRoam's AI-assisted connectivity platform, the agreement enables centralised management, predictive maintenance, and real-time monitoring of the Partner’s extensive network of mobile point-of-sale terminals, ensuring uninterrupted service for essential aid distribution.
The deal carries a minimum annual commitment of 168,000 Malaysian ringgit, with potential for higher revenue as additional terminals are deployed.
FlexiRoam CEO Jefrey Ong described the partnership as a "significant endorsement" of the company’s network reliability and a key step in expanding its AI-enabled infrastructure capabilities for large-scale enterprise and government deployments.
